I’m passionate about exploring the rich flavors and diverse traditions of Russian, American, and Central Asian cuisine. From hearty, soul-warming soups and homemade pastries to sizzling kebabs and classic comfort foods, I love sharing recipes that bring people and cultures together around the table. Whether you're craving traditional dishes or looking for modern twists on timeless favorites, you’ll find plenty of inspiration here.
I prefer to cook easy, accessible recipes, and I’m always excited to share new dishes I’ve tried. In fact, about half of the recipes I share are ones I’m making for the very first time. But don't worry — I only share recipes that I’ve tested and adapted to fit ingredients you can easily find at American grocery stores. If you come across an ingredient that’s hard to find, just ask! I’ll be happy to tell you where to find it or suggest substitutions.
For those of you just starting out in the kitchen, I’ve also created a supplies tab (coming soon!) where you can find all the kitchen tools and supplies I personally use. Whether you're wondering what equipment I recommend or where to find the best products, I’ve got you covered.
Join me on this culinary adventure as I cook, experiment, and share my favorite recipes with you. Let’s create delicious meals together!
